iPod Touch After Christmas Sale Ruled This Year

Does any of you still have iPod Touch Gen 1 8GB and bought it for $300? Well this year for $270 you could of get 32GB iPod Touch Gen 3 after Christmas Sale at many online stores like: Apple.com, Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, MacMall.com and many more.

Yep that’s right this year iPod Touch really dominated the Christmas and I can tell you that is so true, because I notice almost twice more traffic on Dec 25th and Dec 26th than any other day in that week.

Well if you are new owner of iPod Touch this is the place to read all about iPod Touch tips and Tricks.

Many Ipod Touch 1.1.3 Firmware Owners are disapointed.

Looking at some 30 comments since yesterday on Ready For Ipod Touch 1.1.3 Firmware Many ipod touch owners are disappointed because Apple is charging $20 for additional applications. I think we all should wait for Developers other then Apple to start coding applications for free.

I have been Open Source Developer for few years now, and there is nothing better then receiving nice Thank You letter or small donations from people that support you and your Programs/Applications/Webdesigns etc.

Jailbreak as we all know was not out the same date as firmware 1.1.1 or 1.1.2, it was always released 2-3 weeks later. Therefore I think there are some experts that will start creating applications for Ipod Touch/Iphone just like for Blackberry or HCT phones for free.

Since I get about 10-15 email updates per day from good ipod touch sources, even from Apple iPhone developers, I will give my best to provide you (How To, Where To) links to get Ipod Touch Applications for Free(Open Source) without Jailbreak your Ipod Touch.

DailyMotion Videos Work On Ipod Touch 1.1.2 Version

Interesting comment by Alex and maybe new ipod touch trick with new firmware 1.1.2

"From what I have found the firmware version is 1.1.2 not 1.1.2 and only for the iphone so far.
I have not heard this mentioned anywhere yet, all of the videos on dailymotion.com work on the ipod touch. just wait for the little "play icon to show up.""

Can somebody try that today and see if it works?

go to www.dailymotion.com view some video wait a little bit and videos should work.

Please leave a comment for the rest of us.

So that means not only youtube videos but dailymotion, google, megavideo and other video sites will work as well.

UPDATE: Two commentators reported back, it works with version 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 !!!!! Please check the comments for more info from visitors and touch owners "Thank you Roh!"
