The iPod Touch…this device is amazing. I have had a while to play with all the features and I have to say that it is a powerhouse. I love all the different things you can do with it. You can use the Safari browser to surf the web in either a portrait style mode or in widescreen. The YouTube application allows you to watch any video on youtube on your iPod Touch. The Weather App continuously recieved updates on any city where weather reporting is possible. The Maps App allows you to find directions for any to and from situation. You can even pinpoint your approximate location using your wireless connection. There are many other apps that are very useful and make the iTouch seem like a PDA when it really is considered a media player. You can even check your email on it as long as there is a compatible connection. Also, if you go to the apple site on your iTouch, you can get additional apps that were created by many other people and are very handy.

Now on to a few of the problems. In my week of using the iTouch, I have experienced some things wrong. First, the wifi. I can’t seem to connect to my wireless internet connection but if I go to a pulic hotspot, the connection is flawless. It may be the iPod or it may be something up with my router. Needless to say, there are tons of people with problems with the iTouch’s wifi. Most people say it is something with the router’s setting while other say that their problem was fixed when restoring the iTouch. I shall call Apple today and fix this problem.

So, overall…the iTouch is a must buy. And depending on how much money you have to spend, I would get this version since it is cheaper than the 8GB version without the software upgrade (which includes some left out apps that the iPhone has).

I definitely recommend this product. Get it and you shall love it. :-)
