Flash Games and Apps for iPod Touch Coming from Adobe

Adobe is releasing new Flash version 10.x for iPhone and iPod Touch which will allow Dev. to build Games and Applications for iPhone and iPod Touch. Now that does not mean you can go and browse Flash websites with Safari unless webmasters redesign their content for iPod Touch or iPhone.

How is this different from Adobe Flash Player 10 coming to iPhone? Will iPhone users be able to view web content built with Flash technology in the iPhone browser?

The new support for iPhone applications in the Flash Platform tooling will not allow iPhone users to browse web content built with Flash technology on iPhone, but it may allow developers to repackage existing web content as applications for iPhone if they choose to do so.

Flash Player uses a just-in-time compiler and virtual machine within a browser plug-in to play back content on websites. Those technologies are not allowed on the iPhone at this time, so a Flash Player for iPhone is not being made available today.

Flash Professional CS5 will enable developers to build applications for iPhone that are installed as native applications. Users will be able to access the apps after downloading them from Apple’s App Store and installing them on iPhone or iPod touch

New iPod Touch But No Camera

iPod Nano got Camera but not iPod Touch! That was so weird when I first heard about it. Well the specs are bit better and prices are lower.

8GB - $199
32GB - $299
64GB - $399

Prices are still fair when you think I paid $299 for 8GB iPod Touch (Gen 1). Some bloggers (Gizmodo) still think that iPod Touch will come with Camera but I doubt that, because they would announce that at the Apple (Rock and Roll) Event.

Google Latitude for iPod Touch

Quick iPod Touch WiFi Troubleshooting Tip

I found out that in most cases wifi is not working on iPod Touch due to DNS problems. To troubleshoot Wifi , go to Settings> Wifi> Go Into Network settings (Your Router) and click on static

I receive at least 5 emails from people getting wifi to work and in most cases changing DNS setting works.

Apple Releasing iPod Touch With Camera

True or False? Is next iPod Touch Gen going to have Camera (3mp) ? Many sources say yes and I think it's about time! Camera, I think on iPod Touch would be great now days, I mean since they develop apps for services like Twitter, why wouldn't you be able to upload picture of you being laying down on Telephone poole , right? (Facebook laying down)

What's your thought, do you think iPod Touch deserves to have Camera or you simply don't care?
