Ipod Touch Radio FlyTunes

FlyTunes will provide radio stations for iphone and ipod touch. Radio should work with Wi-Fi and 3G phones.

I found this information at work on TechCrunch-(FlyTunes to Bring Internet Radio to Your iPhone) and LiveCrunch

Well once I get home I will go little bit more deep into this radio feature and give you some more updates.

Don't forget this service will be activated on January 21st so you have to wait 2 more weeks :(

FlyTunes Says: There will be no additional hardware or Jailbraking required on your Ipod Touch (iPhone).

I'm sure Apple and iTunes love this!

Also, on FlyTunes website, it mentions "Online Or Offline". Offline means we don't have to be in Wi-fi area? Didn't make much sense.

Big Head, I assume that when the iPhone is "offline", it will be using the Edge Network instead of WiFi.

If you have a jailbroken ipod if you like it i recommend that you DO NOT UPGRADE> once you upgrade to 1.1.3 THERE IS NO GOING BACK TO 1.1.2 or 1.1.1 and you will lose everything you have on Your jailbroken Ipod. Also 1.1.3 is now available as of 1-15-08

bSometimes you just can't get a progressive radio station locally on air, but you can stream it.
